I've neglected this for awhile because quite honestly, the shows are for the most part going down the crapper. I feel like the same stories are repeated over and over again. One show im currently enjoying right now is Y&R. Victor and Sabrina got married while Nikki got DUMPED, it was such a classic soap thing to do. I found it quite funny though how David was so quick to marry Nikki and then equally as quick to dump her when he got his money back. Since i haven't been completely on top of Y&R (it comes on when im in class) and  i hate waiting through the shows on soap net im probably a bit behind. I know David did eventually return but thats as far as i've gotten on my parents DVR'ed episodes. Victoria, Nick and Phyllis acted like the biggest children at the wedding with their immature scheming against Sabrina's mother although i did cheer them on. It was nice to see Vicki show some sort of concern for her former friend/mother-in-law. Lily's having a birthday and i could honestly care less because im still wishing she would have went over that cliff instead of Dru. Speaking of Dru, not only do they have Karen paired up with Neil but now i hear Devon's aunt Tyra is going to be getting involved with him as well? I'm not sure how much im liking that idea because she seems a little too young for him imo. Oh and i know people hate Chloe, but i find her a complete hoot. I hope she breaks up the snoozefest that is Cane and Lily because i don't buy those two as a couple AT all. NOR do i buy the fact that Cane is just SOOO old. He looked ridiculous talking about back in the day and vinyls when he was probably a good 4 or 5 years old when those things were still popular. Anyways, Gloria and Jeff keep finding their way back to each other and i find that funny because Jill is about to lose ANOTHER Bardwell man to Glo. Ouch, 2 for 0 i believe it is

GH is another story in that the show is complete and utter crap right now. Im confused as to how It won an emmy for outstanding daytime drama cause it gets worse with each episode. This show does not understand the concept of balance at all. We got MOB MOB MOB 85% of the time and then occassionally we'll get a Q thrown in there, or some Crimson time and rarely some Nikodine time but thats basically it. Scrubs are a complete joke right now and i don't watch their scenes at all. Carly could be preggerz again and does anyone really care? I sure don't. We have a possible Skate wedding coming up, but i doubt it'll happen because the writers think its impossible to have a happily married couple on the show. I get a headache just thinking about what all is wrong with this show so imma stop. A word of advice to GH writers, take a look at Y&R and figure out how to balance storylines and actor's screentime. If i see anymore Jason or Johnny, im throwing the television out the window!

So i actually have time to write in this thing so yay for me! Life has been going alright so far. It doesnt really feel like summer vacation yet because im still taking a summer course and working. Since im not taking a 2nd summer session, im really hoping to get to do some of those "fun" summer things that people like to do. For me, summer has never really meant anything more then not having to go to school and getting to stay home and watch my soaps (how sad is that!?). Anyways, i dont work all that much anyways so im sort of looking for another job. I need something more productive to do with my time and i need to make some more money for school. Ahh, while im speaking about school, i thought i was really behind on my classes but it turns out im only 3 away from transferring and only 4 more away from graduating and getting my AA. I honestly thought this day would NEVER come but it has and i can't wait for it!

Hmmm....in the soap world...nothing has been going on really. Of all my shows that i watch, i honestly only look forward to OLTL and ATWT which is funny because i always considered my 1pm shows to be the most boring and just time passers. But, im REALLY into OLTL right now. I didnt watch the show obviously when Tina and Marty were first on but im glad they brought them back so that some of us newer watchers can finally put a face to a name! I was surprisingly very upset to see Adriana go. Ever since she's turned into a bitch, i really started liking her. I love my bitchy characters. Oddly enough, my liking of Gigi goes down with every episode. I think its because they say her freaking name so much, but shes just seemed to have mellowed out back from when we first met her in Paris. I hate when shows water down characters so that we can feel sympathy for them. Sorry writers, it doesnt work. Speaking of mellow characters...what the hell is Sarah's point on the show? Her and Christian are possibly the most boring couple on the show, besides Clint and Nora, and have ZERO romantic chemistry. The character sucked when she was Flash and sucks even more as a sudden blonde Sarah. I suggest they send her packing and put Christian with Layla or Blair. Then we have Nash dying which was so pointless IMO. What really pisses me off about his death is the fact that it was caused by JARED and NATALIE! They can try to pin it on Dorian all they want but Jared is the one who set it in motion. I hate that Nash's deathbed scenes were shared with Charlie (who?) and Jared (ugh) talking about Jared's never seen dead brother that we could care less about. I know there are alot of people who seem to dig Jared and Natalie just by scanning the boards but come on ladies. He's cute, i get it but the character absolutely SUCKS. Don't get me started on Natalie who has completely abandoned her family for this loser *gag*  Im glad Jessica and Vicki are being so cold to her because honestly, she should be disowned. Over on the "teen scene" we still have Starr and Cole dealing with her pregnancy or whatnot. Although im not crazy about this storyline, i have to admit, it has made me learn to tolerate Cole who i feel was wayy too immature but is slowly maturing. Now can we just get Langston and Markko into something that doesnt revolve around these two. Langstan is one of my favorite girls on the show and i think she needs to be shown with Marrko more often and not have it involve Starr. And I know i may be in a minority, but does anyone else miss Brittany? That girl was hilarious. You can tell im really digging a show when i go on and on about it.

General Hospital......not so much. What can i say about a show that spends the entire week still talking about Michael. I realize that losing a child is something that shouldnt be swept under the rug but all this back and forth between Sonny and Carly is seizure inducing. Then they try to throw Kate into the mix and are completely re-writting her character to be a "Sonny Slave"....if anyone can tell me whats so appealing about Sonny please let me know. I remember when we used to see Sonny actually being human and doing things like a normal human being does but now all he does is yell and brood in his suits in his dark home. Oh back to Kate, when she first came on the show i absolutely loved her *hints at user name* because she was a snob but you could tell had a really good heart. Then they put her being opposite of Sonny and she seems to lose any personality to do whatever she can for Sonny. *GAG* When Kate turned down Sonny's first proposal i literally jumped out my chair and cheered for joy. I thought "wow, this may be the girl that really makes Sonny work for her" but no, he laid a guilt trip on her and ever since then shes acted like she owes him something...nevermind the fact that shes been drugged, had a car accident, bitten by a snake and shot all because of him and his child Mykill. If any writers are reading this, please rework Kate back to being the strong independent woman who has a weak spot for Sonny but doesnt completely give in to him. It doesnt help that they have her constantly coming to Carly, who is still grieving from losing a baby and her first born, and telling her she's wrong in what shes doing to Sonny. Kate, you've only been around for a year, you dont know how many women have been put in danger because of Sonny. They need to have someone tell Kate what happened to Lily and maybe she'll re-think her involvement with Sonny. Okay my Kate rant is over so lets move on to something else thats going on in PC. Ahh yes, the bright side of GH right now has to be Nikolas/Claudia/Nadine. I am so glad to see Nikolas going front and center and to have him involved with Claudia. I've never liked Nikolas since him and Gia broke up but im happy to say he's growing on me again. Claudia and Nikolas just seem like such a perfect fit for each other its insane. Im also really digging Nikolas and Nadine because she's helped the most with him get over Emily and has even met his son! One thing i hate about triangles are when i root for both sides. Do i want Nikodine or Naudia? Honestly, ill take either but Nadine seems to have less of chance finding romance with any other guys on screen lately. I think her character is too damn isolated and underdeveloped. Then we have Jolu...thats just torture altogether... Lulu finally showed some sort of personal growth apologizing to Carly for being so damn selfish. Im guessing Guza finally realized that barely anyone is loving Lulu like Carly. The difference betweeen the two is that Carly is a complex character while Lulu is fairly flat. Im not going too much into Lulu though because this post will be even longer and if you wanna know how i feel about Lulu, then just read my previous entry. One finall thing about the shrew tho, if she continues to call my girl Claudia a skank im going to come through that TV screen and then go after Johnny for letting this bitch berate his sister the way she does. Is there anything else left in PC worth mentioning? SCRUBS isn't really doing anything for me because i've absolutely detested Robin since i first started watching about 11 years ago. My girl Sam is doing pretty much nothing on the show because shes not with Jason. Tracy isnt doing anything cause Luke is gone like always. Spixie seems to slowly dwindle because they're trying to make Maxie the antagonist towards Lulu....  All i have to say about that is "GO MAXIE GO!"

Ahh, im still trying to get used to waking up so early in the morning and not having the luxary of taking a nap whenever i want to...I'll get it though. Anyways, at 2 am yesterday i watched GH and i actually found the episode tolerable! Im glad we finally get a scene where Lulu and Logan actually talk to each other. I swear, they just threw that character out the window the second Guza got another mob play thing to use. Although im not too fond of Logan...kay i hate him..i do think him and Lulu need to be back together because she seems to be the only one who can really calm him down. Not to mention how completely obsessed he is with her...it would be her dream relationship right?

Across town my girl Carly tries to make a quick escape with Morgan...pfft because thats gonna happen -_-
I still think she's making the right decision about getting new identities for herself and Morgan because no mother wants to see another child of hers shot in the head. It may be a bit selfish but Carly has good intentions and thats why i love her. Of course...Jason had to show up and ruin it but thats a whole story in itself.

Poor Spinelli...got totally beat by Sonny for no reason at all. Sonny really is starting to turn into a Todd Manning imo with the random acts of violence towards people. That scene where Spinelli kept falling over and Maxie had to keep picking him up was one of the funniest things i've ever seen on a soap...next to Luke and Skye performing at a bar of course. It was cute when she took him to her house and told him she was gonna watch him for the next 24 hours. It's so nice and refreshing to see an actual friendship on GH thats not based on sex, a child, or a business partnership. If the writers do this correctly i see the beginning of a GREAT relationship. *crosses fingers*

Diane and Max had some sort of conversation that i honestly didnt give a rats ass about because i don't really care about Max. Okay so i lied, not so much that i don't care about them but i feel like they're getting airtime that belongs to some of the neglected characters of the show *cough*Bobbie, Lainey, Mac, Felicia*cough* I don't mind Diane that much though because she makes me laugh almost all the time. Maybe if the writers do their job correctly, we'll get to learn more about her past.

Ahh, im up early during the summer for my first day of summer school this semester. I've done this before so its no biggie its just getting up so early can be tough on me at times. I didnt get off work last night till 1 AM so im a bit under rested; but i have a big cup of coffee to help perk me up as well! If i hadn't worked so late last night i would have got up early enough to work out. Im trying to get back into a regular exercise routine this summer that will continue over into the winter and so forth. Its a hard transition because i haven't worked out regularly since my senior year in high school 2 years ago!

Anyways, im taking English Comp 2 this summer and i have a feeling its going to be a bit extreme because cramming a whole semester worth of classwork into 1 month is going to be a stretch. It was bad when i took Sociology during last summer but when i took Govt for that first summer session it almost killed me. It can be a bit too much reading at times and i have a VERY bad habit of procrastinating. Since i dropped this class during the Spring semester, im expecting to get at least a B in it. So i've got two goals to achieve during this summer.

Err...Three...I need to go visit my friend in his new place and i feel like i keep lying to him saying "tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow" but eh, work and school are more important that attempting to keep my social life
